While at Thesis, I crafted UX, marketing, and sales copy for Adobe and other global clients, translating complex product innovations—like new AI features—into clear, engaging narratives across App Store updates, landing pages, and multi-channel campaigns:
Product + UX: “What’s New” updates for iOS/Android/Google Play, in-app tooltips, and feature cards for tools like Sign & Fill and new AI capabilities.
Campaigns + landing pages: Landing pages for Photoshop and Creative Cloud new features, modular email pods, social and Google ads, and internal messaging matrices.
Sales enablement: FAQs, one-pagers, and buyer guides for Adobe partnerships (Miro, Mural, LinkedIn) and Airtable, plus education landing pages for students and teachers.

Partnered with the global nonprofit, Education Development Center (EDC) NYC-based brand and communications teams, to define a new tone of voice—modern, concise, and equity-centered—for the relaunch of edc.org. I co-led the development of copy guidelines aligned with their strategic vision and applied them across key site sections and new landing pages, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and impact. Beyond writing, I adapted customized WordPress copy blocks to structure and publish content directly in the CMS, designing pages for flow and readability.
The resulting messaging framework distilled 65 years of complex programmatic work into language that resonates with both the press and global audiences. This strengthened how EDC communicates its mission and advanced organizational goals in education, workforce development, and health worldwide. Led a grassroots campaign in partnership with Portland Parks, Portland Public Schools, Sunnyside Environmental K-8, and the Belmont Business District to bring soccer to Sunnyside School Park. Secured permits and collaborated with designer/illustrator Melissa Ehret to create eye-catching flyers and social graphics. Mobilized community support and raised over $6,000 in under two weeks, resulting in new soccer goals delivered in Spring 2025, creating a lasting recreation space for students and the broader community.
